’It’s an exciting time for real estate throughout the UK, says director

Bridge Insurance Brokers has expanded its real estate team with six new hires and two internal promotions.

Among the new appointments are Steven Lewis, Carrie Arnold, Natalie Riley, Liz McCarthy, Laura White, Wendy Wilding, Sharon Gallimore and Abigail Levy.

The new appointees will be based in the firm’s Manchester office.

“It’s an exciting time for real estate throughout the UK, particularly here in Manchester, where we support a number of high-profile clients in their projects,” director of real estate Mike Regan said.

Roles

Lewis has joined as head of department to manage the day-to-day operations, with him supporting Regan in his new role.

He will also support Arnold, who has been promoted to director of client services.

In this position, she will focus on clients and development of client services for real estate.

And Riley has been promoted to broking manager for the division in Manchester and will be responsible for placement strategy and insurer relations.

Meanwhile, McCarthy and White have both been appointed in account executive and handling roles.

They join Wilding, Gallimore and Levy, who joined the team a few months ago to help with client growth and expansion.

“This strategic recruiting and restructuring will ensure that we continue to offer all our clients exceptional customer service, with a real focus on technical knowledge,” Regan said.

“We have a mix of talented and experienced staff members combined with new fresh talent.”
