‘We are continually focused on improving how we serve clients while strengthening operational efficiency,’ says chief operating officer
Specialty broker Price Forbes – part of the Ardonagh Group – has partnered with Mea Platform to add artificial intelligence (AI) products and services to its broking operations.

Mea Platform is an enterprise AI platform aimed at automating core processes at firms, which it says “removes manual drag, accelerates decisions and converts operating expense into margin and growth”.
Price Forbes said it would adopt the new tooling to “automate data ingestion and document processing across submissions, enquiries and related workflows, enabling teams to move faster while improving consistency and accuracy”.
Operating at scale
Martin Henley, chief executive at Mea Platform, said: “Brokers succeed by delivering high-quality client service while operating efficiently at scale.
