Waddell-Dudley will work alongside Fidelis’ Bermuda and Ireland chief underwriting officers to help shape the firm’s strategy and drive underwriting innovation within its UK operations.
This appointment coincides with developments at Fidelis, including the recent launch of Syndicate 2126 by The Fidelis Partnership in collaboration with Blackstone.
The new syndicate, approved in principle by Lloyd’s, will write $300m in gross written premiums (GWP) across property, specialty and bespoke lines. With these initiatives, Fidelis aims to exceed $1.3bn in GWP in 2026.
