In turn, the firm has made changes to its executive leadership team.

Then, Fidelis Partnership appointed Marcus Taylor as its new head of strategic relationships.

In his new role, he will work closely with Richard Coulson, group president for strategic partnerships, to support the execution of the firm’s broker strategy.

Next up, Woodgate and Clark appointed Ashley Matthews as client relationship manager to strengthen its presence in the north west.

Reporting to the firm’s director Simon Jones, Matthews will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with insurers, brokers and partners across the region.

There have also been leadership shakeups in the high net worth sector this week as Markel Insurance appointed Katie McGrath as senior underwriter for London fine art and specie.

In her new position, McGrath will be responsible for identifying, pricing and placing complex risks, while partnering with the insurer’s London fine art and specie team to develop and drive the expansion of its London market portfolio.

Finally, Allianz Partners appointed two new members to its board of management.
