’Our collaboration continues to deliver real value for customers by combining product innovation with seamless claims and legal support,’ says managing director
Add-on insurance provider Alps has signed a new multiyear partnership agreement with Verlingue Insurance Brokers.
Renewing a collaboration that spans over a decade, Verlingue’s commercial clients will continue to have access to Alps’s full suite of add-on insurance products.
This includes its Alps Complete motor protection and legal and claims services.
Michelle O’Reilly, managing director at Alps, said: “We’re proud to extend our partnership with Verlingue, a firm that shares our focus on service excellence.
”Our collaboration continues to deliver real value for customers by combining product innovation with seamless claims and legal support.”
Enhancing efficiency
The partnership also integrates Alps’s proprietary claims platform with Verlingue’s systems via a customised application programming interface (API).

This enables motor claims to be submitted directly to Alps while allowing Verlingue to retain full oversight, which enhances efficiency and visibility for brokers and clients.
Mike Latham, chief executive at Verlingue, said: “Alps is a trusted partner that helps us deliver outstanding service to our valued clients.
”Their team understands the complexities of our markets and supports us in differentiating through quality, responsiveness and a strong insurer aligned approach.”
