MGA partners with Partners& to enhance claims services

Specialist MGA Qlaims has entered into a partnership with broker Partners& to enhance claims support for the latter’s clients.

The collaboration will focus on property damage and business interruption (BI) claims. Qlaims will use a variety of its services, such as real-time tracking technology and video streaming, to help boost the claims experience.

Qlaims said it would act as a dedicated advocate for clients throughout the claims journey – from preparing the statement of claim to overseeing settlement and business recovery.
