Open GI has appointed Danielle Blackmore as its new director of customer success, effective immediately.
The newly-created role will see Blackmore take responsibility for looking after clients, ensuring they get the most from their Open GI propositions.
Blackmore will split her time between Open GI’s Worcester and Winchester offices.
She will report to chief sales officer Neil Hart and manage a team of customer success managers and solutions managers.
Blackmore said: “Open GI has a long history of caring about its clients and working with them to be open and flexible.

Most recently, she was global specialty pre sales lead at DXC.

She has also held positions at Accenture, RMS (now part of Moody’s), Microsoft, where she was customer success lead, and began her career as a technical business analyst at Acturis in 2008.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
