‘She brings a powerful combination of commercial instinct, customer understanding and analytical rigour,’ says group chief executive
Hiscox has appointed Aparna Sarin to the newly created role of group chief marketing and revenue officer.

Sarin joins the firm from financial services company Capital One, where she most recently served as chief marketing officer for business cards and payments.
Her prior experience also includes 14 years in various senior and leadership roles at American Express, as well as serving on the board of the Credit Builders Alliance.
Hiscox said that the creation of the role – which will sit on the firm’s executive committee – reflects its “focus on accelerating disciplined retail growth” and will strengthen the connection between its specialist propositions and the “right customers and distribution channels”.
