HSB UK and Ireland has appointed Mathilda Götz as its new director of strategy and value propositions.

Götz joins the firm from Munich Re, where she has served for the past two decades, holding a series of senior positions, most recently as business development lead for new and green technology.
In her new role, Götz will be responsible for the firm’s “enterprise-wide strategy and proposition development across its engineering inspection, insurance and building warranty businesses”.
HSB said her experience across senior strategy, innovation and business development roles will help her identify new opportunities and drive long-term growth ambitions.

He graduated in 2017 from the University of Manchester with a degree in Geology. He spent the first part of his career working in consulting and tech, spending time at Citibank as a data analyst, before working as an analytics engineer with clients in the retail, technology, manufacturing and financial services sectors.View full Profile
