Aon-owned NFP has appointed Martin Alsop as the managing director of Clay GBP, its UK business management consultancy firm.
Clay GBP was acquired by NFP in March 2025 and is currently part of NFP-owned Ground Control Business Management.
As part of his new role at Clay GBP, Alsop will develop and manage the company’s UK music industry practice.

Prior to NFP, he worked at Live Nation Entertainment as vice president of operations and finance for the EMEA region.
Alsop reports to Chris Bucci, chief executive at Ground Control, in his new role.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
