Arch Insurance UK’s regional division has made three senior underwriter appointments across its motor fleet and motor trade teams.

Among the hires is Paul Fincham, who will assume the role of senior new business fleet underwriter in Southampton. He will be responsible for new business development across the south and Thames Valley regions.
Joining from Axa, Fincham has over 25 years of motor underwriting and broking experience under his belt.
Meanwhile, Aaron Hobbs has been appointed senior existing business fleet underwriter and is responsible for fleet renewal business across the south and Thames Valley regions.
Bringing over 20 years of underwriting experience to the role, Hobbs joins Arch from Aviva where he was most recently a trading underwriter.
Both appointees will report to Janice Mullan, regional manager for the south and Thames Valley.
Third appointment
Finally, Helen Williams, who most recently served as senior underwriter at Geo Agriculture, will step into the role of senior motor trade underwriter.

Based in Manchester, Williams reports to Kimberely Bloor, National Underwriting Hub (NUH) team manager.
