Roi Amir, chief executive at Sprout.ai, speaks about his firm’s entry for the Excellence in Claims Technology award
1. Why did you put yourselves forward for the Excellence in Claims Technology category?
Claims happen at some of life’s toughest moments and insurers need technology that strengthens rather than replaces the human touch. Sprout.ai frees claims teams from manual tasks so they can focus on empathy, clarity and real support for customers when it matters most.

It is not only about speed and accuracy – it is about enabling more compassionate, customer-centric experiences. We’re proud to help insurers meet rising expectations and reshape how people feel about insurance and this category reflects its mission.
2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
Sprout.ai has focused exclusively on claims from day one and has built AI tools trusted by global leaders such as Axa, MetLife, Generali and Mapfre. Our patented AI enables fast, accurate, multilingual automation, helping clients process claims in as little as 60 seconds with more than 96% accuracy.
It has helped customers reduce turnaround time for claims by 23%, increase CSAT by 19% and enable straight through processing for almost 70% of claims. The combination of credibility, innovation and rapid time to impact sets us apart in claims technology.
3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
Winning this award would be valuable recognition of Sprout.ai’s commitment to transforming claims with AI. Most importantly, it would validate its vision that automation should empower people rather than replace them and it would reinforce the positive change we’re driving across the global insurance industry.
Our mission is to help every insurer make decisions that are fast, fair and accurate – because when claims work better, insurance works better for everyone. This recognition will support its continued growth with leading insurers and MGAs.
