’This partnership supports Suzuki on their continued journey as a market-leader, defining a new standard in the industry by transforming their insurance proposition into a true value-add for the customer,’ says vice president

Suzuki has appointed embedded insurance platform Wrisk to power its new car insurance proposition in the UK.

The proposition offers consumers a monthly rolling subscription policy without penalty or transaction fees. Wrisk will deliver core digital platform and essential intermediary services for the manufacturer.

All new and existing Suzuki customers will have the option of Suzuki specialist insurance. The partnership also introduces a free driveaway cover offer at the point of vehicle purchase.

Denis Houston, director of aftersales at Suzuki, said: “Our partnership with Wrisk allows us to move beyond traditional annual policies and offer a truly customer-centric, monthly rolling subscription without any hidden fees, which aligns perfectly with our ambition to be ‘the trusted car brand’.

”Wrisk’s deep understanding of the automotive sector, combined with their cutting-edge platform, makes them the ideal partner to deliver a seamless, integrated insurance solution that fundamentally enhances brand loyalty.”

Growth

Wrisk currently works with multiple car manufacturers in the UK, powering insurance programmes for brands such as BMW, Mini, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar Land Rover.

These relationships contributed to triple digit revenue growth in 2024, with Wrisk reporting that more than 100,000 policies were written last year via its platform.

Robert Cottrell, vice president for commercial at Wrisk, said: ”We are delighted to partner with Suzuki, a brand that shares our values of continuous innovation to deliver truly customer-centric products.

”This partnership supports Suzuki on their continued journey as a market-leader, defining a new standard in the industry by transforming their insurance proposition into a true value-add for the customer and a strategic asset for the brand.”
