On Friday 12th June, the UKGI claims community gathered at The Brewery, London, for the 2026 Claims Excellence Awards - a fresh, high‑energy lunchtime celebration of standout achievement across the claims landscape Hosted by the brilliant Aurie Styla, 20 super-shiny trophies were presented to the companies, teams and individuals raising the bar for claims excellence.

As Insurance Times Content Director, Katie Scott said: "Claims are undoubtedly the most visible and subjective component of the insurance value chain and it is all too easy to get suckered in to stories where things have gone wrong. However, this afternoon is all about when things go right – as they so often do thanks to the hard work, customer advocacy and innovation demonstrated by each and every one of you in this room today."
