InHub can replace legacy systems without interruption to a business’s operations

Charles Taylor InsureTech has today (15 March 2022) launched a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) capability proposition named InHub to enable the insurance value chain to drive better results.

The insurtech launched its capability hub today at the Insurtech Insights Europe conference, held at the O2 Intercontinental Hotel.

Arjun Ramdas, Charles Taylor InsureTech’s chief executive, said: “InHub gives our insurance clients the tools to launch products faster, serve customers better and leverage data to make smarter strategic decisions.

“Our technology is rooted in deep experience of the insurance industry and understanding of the operational issues our clients need to solve.”

The insurtech can ”futureproof” a client’s technology stack by migrating it to its managed cloud environment with no impact on firm’s day-to-day operations.

Something truly different

InHub will enable clients to buy and use only the technology and services they need to grow business, get closer to customers, and optimise operations.

It aims to deliver a unique connected experience for the insurance market and its customers. It brings together a suite of best-in-class insurance SaaS solutions into a secure, cloud-native ecosystem.

The solution will enable the market to unite technology in one place, increase efficiency and standardise processes by replacing legacy programs.

Meanwhile, insurers can integrate legacy programs and evolve them as part of InHub.

This will allow insurance organisations to reduce their IT spend by evolving, rather than replacing, legacy systems alongside integrating technology. New prodcuts will also be quicker to launch with the InHub platform.

InHub unites all the insurtech’s established products that support digital capabilities across the insurance lifecycle and value chain in the following – digital journey creation, B2B and B2C distribution, policy administration and broking, claims optimisation, artificial intelligence (AI) fraud prevention, data acceleration, bordereaux and distributed data management, reinsurance management and authorities’ governance.

Ramdas said: “By combining our insurance understanding and knowledge, built up over the last 100 years, and our new technology and ecosystem approach, InHub gives our customers something truly different from anything else on the market.”

The InHub framework has been developed with Microsoft and Oracle and has a marketplace layer where clients can access software created by third-party suppliers.

Charles Taylor InsureTech can also provide pre-built secure laptops and hardware so end-users can access InHub’s digital processes in the cloud. This functionality is supported by a 24/7 helpdesk.
