The appointee’s ’leadership will be pivotal to accelerating our technology strategy, enhancing data-driven decision making and delivering smarter, more agile solutions for our clients around the globe,’ says group chief executive
Professional services consulting firm Davies has appointed Adam Warwick as its new group chief information officer (CIO).
Warwick joins from software business Bravura, where he served as group chief technology and product officer. He brings over 25 years of experience in technology leadership to the new role from sectors such as insurance and wealth management.
The new appointee has also previously held CIO roles at both Aviva and Zurich. He will join Davies in early October and become responsible for Davies’ global technology strategy.
He will also take on leadership for the senior technology team, including group chief artificial intelligence (AI) officer Paul O’Brien, recently appointed group chief product officer John Salt and enterprise CIO Darren Martin.
Warwick will report to group chief executive Dan Saulter and join the firm’s group executive committee.
Pivotal appointment
Commenting on the appointment, Saulter said: ”We’re delighted to welcome Warwick to Davies. His leadership will be pivotal to accelerating our technology strategy, enhancing data-driven decision making and delivering smarter, more agile solutions for our clients around the globe.”
