Policy Expert has appointed Tracey Crawley as its new chief risk and compliance officer.
In her new role, Crawley will help ensure positive outcomes for customers as the personal lines insurer enhances its product offering and services.
She will also make sure Policy Expert continues to meet its regulatory obligations and that the firm’s risk management strategy is aligned with its broader strategic goals.
Crawley said: “Policy Experts’ ambitious strategy, strong customer-centric culture and elite team of experts are a perfect fit for me and I am excited to get started.
“In my role as chief risk and compliance officer, I will be supporting Policy Expert’s continued growth by helping the company navigate the evolving regulatory landscape, particularly as the industry responds to the ongoing emphasis on Consumer Duty and the FCA’s initiatives to simplify the rules guiding the sector.”
Experience
She joins Policy Expert from Aviva, where she held the position of risk and governance director for general insurance.

Crawley’s career has also seen her work as the chief risk officer for UK General Insurance and hold risk and compliance roles across Axa, Vitality and LV=.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
