Geo Underwriting’s marine arm has expanded its broker proposition for larger, more technical and commercially demanding risks, including cargo vessels and commercial fishing boats.
This strategic shift is backed by a larger, more adaptable underwriting team with in-depth sector knowledge and the ability to respond quickly to broker needs.
Adrian Scott, head of marine at Geo Underwriting, said: “At Geo, we’ve deliberately strengthened our proposition to support brokers handling more complex marine risks.

Expanded distribution
Geo Underwriting has also expanded the distribution of Navigators and General’s (N&G) boat club product to all brokers trading with both the MGA and N&G across the UK.

This is to celebrate one year of joining forces with N&G. The product is tailored insurance cover designed specifically for sailing, yacht and motorboat clubs across the UK.
