’The firm demonstrated a refreshing approach and depth of understanding that resulted in a relevant and responsive solution,’ says director
Addept Insurance Services has launched legal recovery insurance for motorists, which offers brokers a legal protection and uninsured losses solution for their motor customers.

The new offering has been developed to offer brokers an alternative procurement option by enabling them to access motor legal protection directly from a provider and manage the non-fault claim service themselves to gain commercial and customer-service benefits.
It provides legal costs cover up to £100,000 for personal injury, uninsured losses, motor prosecution defence, contract disputes and vehicle cloning claims.
Richard Finan, managing director at Addept Insurance, said: “By using Drive independently brokers will have greater visibility of the customer experience and utilisation and value measure and the commercials that sit behind the products.
“The addition of Drive to our legal expenses portfolio means we now offer brokers solutions for fault and non-fault uninsured losses and injury, responding to current gaps and unmet needs in the market.”
’A refreshing approach’
Addept Insurance has also secured its first motor legal protection scheme with specialist broker dedicated to providing products for HM Forces – Forces Solutions.

Sandip Barchha, founder and director at Forces Solutions, said: “Working with Addept Insurance we have been able to offer a bespoke cover that not only meets the needs of our customers based in UK but also peace of mind to those stationed outside the UK while on NATO duties.
”The firm demonstrated a refreshing approach and depth of understanding that resulted in a relevant and responsive solution.”
