The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has announced a new partnership with education specialists EDII to strengthen and expand the impact of its New Generation Programme.

The New Generation Programme has nurtured emerging talent across the sector, supporting participants and their mentors as they tackle real-world challenges and deliver projects with lasting value.
Through this partnership, the CII and EDII will aim to strengthen the strategic impact and quality of project work, enhance participants’ skills and provide structured expert support.
EDII will deliver sector-specific innovation learning and facilitation, supporting participants through high impact sessions designed to unlock insights, shape project thinking and build the skills required to lead change across the profession.

The CII said the collaboration ”represents a significant investment in the future of the insurance and financial planning professions”.
