What key achievement did your entry highlight?

Our entry highlighted the launch of a ground-breaking new self-service, automated claims platform, developed in-house.

This aims to optimise the customer experience, reduce claim lifecycles and provide a complete solution to insurers across a range of policy types, offering both expert claims administration and an effective outsourced digital strategy solution.

Can you share data or testimonials to back up your bid to win?

Because of the new platform, we achieved a 59% reduction in online assessment time and a 57% reduction in telephone assessment time. The time saving to customer equals more than 10 minutes.

Rightpath Claims occupies a unique position – we are able to deliver professional claims management across a number of insurance sectors at scale and have an adaptable and proven digital claims strategy developed in-house.

How will you celebrate if you are the victor?

If we were to win the Claims Service Solution of the Year - Claims Management Company, we would plough the excitement into further motivation with which to drive best-in-class claims management services for our clients and the customers they serve.
