What key achievement did your entry highlight?
Our entry highlighted the launch of a ground-breaking new self-service, automated claims platform, developed in-house.
This aims to optimise the customer experience, reduce claim lifecycles and provide a complete solution to insurers across a range of policy types, offering both expert claims administration and an effective outsourced digital strategy solution.
Can you share data or testimonials to back up your bid to win?
Because of the new platform, we achieved a 59% reduction in online assessment time and a 57% reduction in telephone assessment time. The time saving to customer equals more than 10 minutes.
