What key achievement did your entry highlight?

The launch of a ground-breaking, easy to use self-service automated claims platform to cut claims lifecycles and increase customer satisfaction.

Can you share data or testimonials to back up your bid to win?

We achieved a 59% reduction in online assessment time, and a 57% reduction in telephone assessment time. Time saving to customer: more than 10 minutes. All data is drawn from standard system reports for the last three months from months at the time of award submission.

If we were to win the Claims Product solution of the Year - Claims Management award we would plough the excitement into further motivation with which to drive best-in-class claims management services for our clients and the customers, they serve.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
