Here we feature SSP’s entry into Best Broker Software Management House

SSP entered its Pure Broking system

What key achievement did your entry highlight?

Our entry highlighted SSP’s continued, committed support for our customers, even during a time that has brought about possible disruptions to the market. We put our customers at the forefront of what we do as a business and the level of support we have demonstrated over these last 12 months has been widely appreciated and commended. We are proud to offer more than just a system and are pleased that our customers are very aware of and reassured by the high-level service we provide, all round.

Can you share data or testimonials to back up your bid to win?

“The staff at SSP and the SSP Pure Broking system itself has made working from home a complete pleasure. When we relocated from our office to home everything was seamless and effortless, and we were all working within ten minutes of setting up our systems. It is also a pleasure speaking with the SSP staff who really go the extra mile to help where they can. Keep up the good work,” said Ian Reynolds, Coop Insurance.

What sets your firm apart from the other shortlisted contenders?

At SSP, we ensure that the systems and software we deliver is appropriately shaped by the specific needs are requirements of our brokers. We listen, putting into action what our customers want rather than what we think they want, that’s what makes a difference. We do this by holding numerous webinars and focus groups to get direct feedback and gain a deeper understanding of how we can improve our brokers’ businesses going forward. This personable approach ensures our customers know they can voice their opinions, whilst SSP constructively takes on any advice or suggestions made.

How will you celebrate if you are the victor?

Obviously, we are very much looking forward to getting the team back together (when possible). It’s been a very long time since we all caught up face-to-face and we look forward to booking the team in for a nice meal, when it’s safe to do so, and just having a good catch up not from behind a computer screen – with a couple of glasses of fizz of course.
